I am also the President of Dean’s Clinical Solutions, LLC, which provides training workshops, consultation, clinical supervision, and assessments, among other services. My specialty is healthcare, mental health and African Americans with an emphasis on black women. I have written several articles on topics such as black girls and sexual abuse and race-based trauma.
